求人要件 ・The Upjohn BT Regional Business Partner will be responsible for the overall BT partnership with the Upjohn JAPAN Commercial organization. He/she will proactively bring new technology ideas and solutions to the forefront. The proposed ideas and solutions demonstrate the Business Partner’s broad understanding of BT capabilities and service offerings, as well as knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment.
The Business Partner has overall accountability for projects & service delivery to Upjohn JAPAN Commercial Organization.
・He/she will coordinate and prioritize project priorities for Upjohn JAPAN and drive innovative and valued new capabilities. This position will collaborate with and provide leadership to BT Commercial Country Leads and BT Business Partners in the region, ensuring alignment of country level Upjohn BT activities to the regional and global strategies.
・This position will report to the Senior Director, Developed Markets BT Lead, be a member of the Developed Markets BT Leadership team, and work to align priorities and resources in the region to commercial programs.
· Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred.
· Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of the Pharma industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic projects. Proven experience in exhibiting high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and in anticipating business requirements.
· Proven relevant experience as an IT technology leader, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
· Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an information technology professional with increasing responsibility designing, delivering, and maintaining large-scale, global systems
· Proven track record of building and implementing a global technology strategy that aligns to business priorities
· Proven experience working and building relationships with senior business executives and leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management.
· Managing financial resources and staff to meet goals across multiple projects
· Sourcing model definition and effective execution
· Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
· Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiations with cited impacts to strategic direction and in-line production products.
