求人要件 ROLE SUMMARY
The Omni-channel Business Partner Lead will be part of a team lead accountable for working across BUs to support GCO demand for all GCO services such as Training, Digital Channel, Promotion Material, Meeting/Event, Field Support and Commercial Compliance. Also, acting as an account manager of GCO will work with complex functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Pfizer Digital, Compliance, Medical, Safety, Legal and Finance and other areas. The colleague will be required with the various knowledge such as customer relationship management, marketing strategy, data analytics, Customer insights, social media, enterprise systems, customer experience, digital matters etc. The colleague in this role will require a broad understanding of the business, the strategic direction and related business needs which will further assist them in identifying and delivering new capabilities by GCO services.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
•GCO point of contact for Business Unit
•Manage Omni-channel Business Partner Team colleagues (~5)
•Be a trusted consultant to various commercial functions with highly complex requirements especially for GCO services.
•Lead the digital strategy for customer engagement, priorities and business case creation with sponsors to achieve key business priorities.
•Define clear business requirements on a global basis and partner with other to ensure scope is accounted for and deployment is managed.
•Engage the GCO governance process to ensure proper prioritization, approval and assignment of Global/Local resources
•Be proactive thought leaders partnering with the business to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business.
•Manage venders and contractors
必要要件 QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL SKILLS
•7+ years of experience in/or Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
•Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
•Proven ability to manage to financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity
•Strong program and project management skills
•Business Level English and Fluent Japanese
•Digital Marketing and Pharmaceutical Commercial knowledge
•Understanding of Pharmaceutical regulations and compliance
