・Make sure that data assets serve their intended business purpose
・Responsible for LCM on acquired data
・Maintain data asset landscape
・Build a data strategic plan in her/his area of responsibility
・Propose an appropriate tool to deploy a data/report
・Responsible for secure a budget for business-critical data
【Other requirements】
・Collaborate strongly with related stakeholders to develop and maintain business intelligence tools and suggestion engines for salesforce with deep understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD)
必要要件 【学歴・資格】
・University degree or above
・Experience in master data management in pharmaceutical industry
・At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or IT-related functions in pharmaceutical industry required
・Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (i.e. TOEIC 860+), including oral & written
・Complexity / ambiguity management skills
・Process management skills
・Professional analytical skills and problem solving skills
・100% accuracy standards
・Strong presentation and communication skills, comfort around senior management
・Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds
・Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word and globally used analytic tools like "Tableau")
・Strong in strategic, analytical and logical thinking
・Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer - centric solutions.
・Ensuring accountability and consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
・Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
・Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
・Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
