求人要件 ** is undergoing a Digital transformation initiative focused on leveraging the power of digital and data across the business in all aspects. The commercial teams have adopted new tools for Sales and Marketing activities and are changing the ways of working to Agile methodology.
As part of ongoing adoption of Marketing Automation, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be the IT Specialist who will work alongside both the business agile teams and other delivery disciplines, build and configure top tier SFMC configuration through to integration, testing and deployment and post-campaign findings as input to further campaigns. This individual will also play the role of IT Lead of one or more business agile teams and while leveraging broad IT knowledge transform the business needs into IT requirements and deliver them together with the larger IT team and vendors as applicable.
Primary Activities / Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end campaign development from initiation to execution and assisting the business in making the right choice of tools and strategies in their campaign execution based on the Digital platform and Customer Solutions.
This individual will work with marketers, IT SMEs and solution specialists and other team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications and systems software. Additional to Digital Marketing experience he/she will possess solid solution architecture and data platform understanding to be able to advise the business on appropriate use of data sources and leverage them in setting up the required marketing campaigns. As subject matter expert he/she will advise the business on best practices and provide thought leadership as to how the business can continue to expand use of such tools, at times providing on the spot training.
必要要件 Desired knowledge, skills and abilities
•Should be well versed with Digital Marketing campaigns development (preferably SFMC), web development and other customer facing technologies
•Proficient in SFMC platform integration mechanisms (APIs) and data model including use of custom data schemas and data integration with external systems
•Experience working with the business and ability to transform business needs into technology requirements
•Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously; strong documentation and presentation skills
•Experience and ability working with overseas diverse tams
•Agile Development experience or understanding of agile development
•Design Thinking and UX/UI fundamentals
•At least 3 to 5 years Digital Marketing experience required
•Knowledge of sales and marketing data analysis, marketing campaigns ROI
•Salesforce marketing cloud certification is a plus
•Proficient in website related technologies like HTML5, XML, Java script, CSS
•Working experience under a virtual environment is a plus
