求人要件 The Associate Director – Project CoE will be responsible for the overall success of various projects, acting as the central point of contact and leading/driving/managing cross-functional projects to support company’s growth and operational excellence.
The role will be responsible for the project portfolio management in alignment with the business and operational strategies/tactics of the company.
The role will dedicate to project planning, project executions, and successful deliveries of the projects to meet project goals and timeline, collaborating with various stakeholders in Japan, BSC, and global.
The project scope in responsible for the role will be as follows, but not be limited to, Productivity Enhancement, Process Transformation, Process Enhancements, Operational Effectiveness, Resource Allocation, New Tool/Process Installations, and so on. Those projects include not only domestic initiatives but also regional/global initiatives.
Work closely with Japan Service Leadership Team to align with its directions, priorities, and expectations to deliver the right results to the organization and operation.
The role will provide project members the opportunities for developing their project management skills and leadership behaviors through the projects.
Create, manage, and prioritize project portfolio for business growth and operational excellence working with JS Leadership Team, BSC, and Global.
Project start-up tasks, including project chartering, budgeting, obtaining approval/concurrences, scheduling, task identification, project member selection and onboarding, Kick-off, etc.
Drive/lead projects as Project Lead or Sponsor. Work with project members for task/schedule tracking, risk/issues assessment and mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management, etc.
Successful delivery to business or operations in a timely manner.
Smooth transition of the deliverables to business or operation and place sustainment scheme into the business or operations.
Develop systems knowledge as well as end-to-end process knowledge in the Project CoE Team. Suggest improvements and simplifications, and propose out-of-the-box ideas to support and enhance business and operations.
Lead Comet Sustainment Team. Work with CST to stabilize Comet and related operations, implement quarterly enhancements, resolve issues/errors, mitigate future risks, and also communicate global team for future process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the project management.
Bring a highest level of positive leadership to achieve project goals and develop people through the projects.
Ability to drive business: Willing to set up challenging goals and complete tasks in a timely manner with strong commitment and sense of responsibility.
Innovative mind-set: Willing to learn new technologies and new ideas to challenge and improve status quo. Get others involved in discussions and negotiations to realize those new ideas and models for process innovation and enhancements.
Problem solving: Identify or hypothesize current risk/issues as well as future ones. Work with stakeholders to solve/mitigate those risk/issues and build up new/revised processes to reach the best solutions.
Strong Leadership and influencing skills: Lead cross-functional teams and get their engagement to drive the projects and deliver project values. Team player with a focus on collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Process-oriented viewpoints: Observe business and operations from process-oriented approach to visualize risks/issues to be solved.
