求人要件 A brand manager utilizes their knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer Goods marketing to draw and update mid-long term brand/business vision, goal, objectives and STRATEGY to contribute to the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare business objectives. It also leads the operational activities of building and managing solid New Product Development pipeline plans through collaboration with Development Medicine Regulatory Affairs; and operating brand equity building activities mainly through brand communication plan (media/PR/Digital). Finally, it assumes responsibility to assure all activities on the brand meet the brand strategy and achieve the annual budget (P&L).
Establish and update mid-long term brand visions, goal, objectives and strategy.
Delivery of annual budget.
Effective management of brand agency.

Brand Strategy
Brand Communication
・Deliver high quality brand communication, media plan and a strong brand marketing plan.
・Ensure development of appropriate action and contingency plans by working with Trade & Shopper Marketing (execution team)
・Deliver high quality package design.
・Assure the congruence of all brand activities
3.New Product Development Collaboration
・Develop solid New Product Development pipeline plan with Development Medicine Regulatory Affairs in timely manner based on consumer needs.
・Lead business areas of New Product Development projects with high quality planning and decision making, e.g. high accuracy of forecasting, robust supporting communication to gain MGMT approval.
・Ensure continuous review of product performance to identify key growth opportunities and challenges.
4.Contribution to the brand team and whole marketing function and Team development:
Team Development:
・Provide strong leadership to the brand team; not only marketing but Trade & Shopper Marketing, Development Medicine Regulatory Affairs and others; and ensure they are all inspired & motivated.
・Provide clear and challenging role, fair evaluation, coaching and training opportunities to the team members, including the development of assigned Asociate Brand Mamager.
