求人要件 Data Manager is a data specialist who has extensive knowledge about the data related to sales and commercial activities and govern/manage/process them so that business users and analysts can fully leverage for data-driven decision making.
Key Accountabilities
•Understand data availability, definition, and access raw data (in DWH) to extract necessary data.
•Process data extracted from DWH and cleanse, integrate, transform them so that users can understand and utilize for analysis
•Prepare dataset for customer insight analysis / data scientist
•Support customer insight analysis / data scientist to enable self-preparation on dataset for their analysis
•Understand business needs and design, create, and manage KPI reports (Excel) or dashboards using BI tool (i.e. Qlik Sense) for marketers and other commercial users
•Manage new data interface between data supplier and sanofi DWH
•Design and input ITS on analytics needs and support data mart implementation
•Contribute to Master Data Management implementation and new e-DWH implementation in collaboration with ITS
•Ensures overall data quality assurance and integrity of data
【Experience & Knowledge】
•3-5 years of Data management (any industry)
•Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience of relational database, data management, reporting, and building dashboards
•Team / people management
•Basic knowledge of analytics/marketing
•Basic knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
•Experience on integration and data architecture projects

•Expert of data management and database
•Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decision making
•Highly motivated, detail oriented and a self-starter. Willing to drive projects in a collaborative way.
•High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
•Excellent time management and prioritization skills
•Well-developed presentation skills
•Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal stakeholders including communication in English.
•Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
•Business level English
