仕事内容

＜Regional FME Leadership and Field Medical Subject Matter Expert＞
・Provides strategic functional vision, direction, and operational support to MA leadership in the region
・Identifies regional FM operational and capability gaps, and works collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
・Assess the need for tools and/or process changes based on industry standards/benchmark and/or the dynamic healthcare environment, including but not limited to FM-specific SOP/policies, evolution of the field metric dashboard, reporting from a quantitative-based metric to impact and outcome-based KPI
・Work in partnership with regional FM leadership and global FME to define, implement, and share best practice regarding FM strategic and operational activities
・Track external trends in Medical Affairs, scientific engagement, and digital/AI enablement. Position Japan Field Medical as a differentiated, valued partner with customers and as a leader in Medical performance and Field Medical excellence.

・Ensures regional and FM role specific compliance with all local, regional and regulatory standards
・Ensures that FM colleagues in the region complete assigned training and are tracked and monitored accordingly.
・Ensures the structure, function and capabilities of the FM team to evolve, as necessary, to continually meet the needs of external stakeholders in a changing healthcare environment

・Actively promotes a culture of continuous improvement through the development and roll out of training programs; and drives a coaching discipline that engenders a culture of excellence and medical value in FM activities.

＜FM Value＞
・Ensures a successful FM annual planning and performance evaluation process is in place with appropriate and aligned objectives and KPIs.
・Supports regional leadership and FM managers in monitoring, reporting and communicating the outcomes and impact of these objectives and KPIs

＜Regional Alignment and Integration of FM Role＞
・Creates and leads the regional Field Medical Excellence Forum (FMEF) to,
・Identify regional FM needs
・Provide a platform to share regional best practice
・Develop and drive regional FM solutions to ensure the role operates at the highest level and bring these solutions to the attention of Global FMEF.
・Serves as the regional lead as a member of the Global FMEF to ensure FM activities are aligned, integrated and valued within the organisation.

【必須事項】

・Master’s degree, or equivalent, in science or health-related field required.
・5+ years of relevant industry and functional experience
・Developed and implemented successful strategies and programs for various products and/or processes.
・Extensive experience leading the planning, execution and communication of Medical Affairs strategies and tactics.
・Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
・Demonstrated high level of competency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, SharePoint, IT systems and MS Office applications.
・High-level knowledge of web Veeva CRM interface.
・Demonstrated ability to analyze and develop performance metrics, and identify and implement process improvements.
・Excellent collaboration and communication skills to facilitate team discussions and drive optimal team performance.
・Demonstrated leadership in a matrix organization.
・Business level English skills and competency.

・Advanced degree in science or business (MD, Pharm D, PhD, MBA)

今回募集するのは、製薬企業に対するRWD解析サービスのMedicalDoctor(MD)ポジションです。
医療データ事業のチームはBizDev/PM、DA(DataAnalytics)の２体制を取っており、MDはそれぞれに対して専門知識・経験を得意領域を活かして携わります。各案件にそれぞれの担当がアサインされますが、MDには具体的には以下のような業務をお任せします。

・製薬企業の考えるニーズに応じたリサーチクエスチョンの考案、研究計画・解析計画の作成
・医学的視点でのデータ抽出業務の支援（データ取得範囲の規定、カルテ等の平文からのデータ取得方法の検討、取得済データのレビュー、解析手法に関する検討や実施など）

医療機器メーカーでMSLを担当していただきます

仕事内容

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field based key position within organization. The position will be responsible to develop　relationships within the medical/scientific community, provide
medical and/or scientific data about products and research to healthcare professionals and support the HCP to enable the care of patients with in particular with
regards to patients with glioblastoma, and other indications in the future. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to serving as scientific interface between company and the healthcare
professional communities with respect to communicating about clinical development plan and other research and development plans. To develop teaching materials as appropriate, facilitate
investigator sponsored trials(ISTs) on marketed and investigational indications and provide
perspective related to field activities associated with growing existing products and bringing new indications to market, are further responsibilities of this position. The MSL collects insights from Key
Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and shares them within the Company. The MSL also analyze those insights and contribute to the development of Medical Strategy. The MSL will take an important role on the　team, serving as a resource and mentor to field team members. The MSL will be responsible for the education/certification of new prescribers. Medical and scientific expertise will be maintained through
review of scientific literature, attendance at assigned medical meetings and self-learning. The MSL will work closely with cross-functional partners including Japan Business Team.

・Increases therapy awareness amongst prescribers and non-prescribers.
・Manages his/her territory and associated field-based activities.
・Performs activities related to marketed and research products including:
・Healthcare provider education on our products and disease awareness
・Facilitation of ISTs under local regulation appropriately
・Providing HCP’s feedback/insights and competitive intelligence to the company　regarding the therapeutic area and our products
・Attendance and coverage at assigned Medical Meetings, Organization of advisory boards, etc.
・Facilitate advancement of the body of science regarding .
・Supports therapy with through medical communications, scientific support for promotional activities and other related medical activities including, but not limited to studies, trainings, and medical information.
・Develops, maintains and extends contacts with national experts and medical professionals in our field of therapeutic area in particular regarding Oncology.
・Ensures 100% compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, local and international rules and regulations.

【必須事項】

・Professional degree in natural science, medical or technical field
・Advanced scientific or health related degree preferred, i.e. PhD, Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh), Medical Doctor (MD), or other clinical/scientific experience
・Combined oncology and industry experience is a strong plus
・Experience in a similar role is a plus

・Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
・Must demonstrate fluency in articulating scientific concepts and data
・Excellent interpersonal skills
・Must have good judgment, ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment
