求人要件 This person’s role is to provide strategic recommendation to responsible Business Units(BU) heads and marketing team by conducting comprehensive data analysis using various data sources in the company. The person in this role will be leading and managing the Business Insight Strategy Group as a group manager, managing 3 direct reports. Also, this person will work closely with Commercial Excellence (CE) strategists to develop strategic recommendation based on the analysis conducted by the team.
In more detail, roles and responsibility will include followings:
•Lead and manage Business Insight Strategy Group as a people leader
•With deep understanding of the business and market, lead in conducting comprehensive data analysis, using various data source, to provide strategic recommendation to BU and Marketing
•Proactively communicate and collaborate with other CE strategists to understand the needs of BU/Marketing, and support developing strategic recommendation to them
•Propose market research and obtain secondary data ncessary to conduct deeper analysis
•Understand the needs of BU Marketing and be able to discuss as a senior. analyst
•Lead Strategic Review Meeting process within CE organization
•Manage weekly/monthly KPI (key performance indicator) tracking and reporting
•Develop and present performance reports to management members through comprehensive analysis of our performance collaborating with other functions
(Required Experience)
•More than 5 years of data analysis or business evaluation experience in pharmaceuticals industry or more than 5 years of experience working in consulting or other agency for data analysis/system development.
•Full understandings on basic marketing framework such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, 3Cs, SWOT analysis, and etc.
•Experience of developing business strategy, analyzing data (primary and secondary), and providing strategic insights for any in-line products or new launch products
•Experience of successfully leading a cross-functional team
•Experience of managing direct reports

•Experience working in international environment
•Experience of Marketing with launching new products or new marketing campaign

•Strong analytic and qualitative/quantitative research capabilities.
•Knowledge and experience on primary market research
•Experience using IMS and other pharma industry secondary data
•Advanced analysis/statistic knowledge and skills and experience.
(Excel, Access, R, other statistic program)
•Strategic thinking and innovative thinking
