求人要件 【仕事内容】
1. Technical supporting for internal employees
•Supporting for various internal systems
•Supporting for Windows 7/10, and Office 365 (including SharePoint and MS Teams)
•Escalation to global IT team
•Employee training session and freshman orientation
2. Project coordination and stakeholder management
•Network expansion and maintenance in coordinating with external vendors
•Testing, failure reporting, manual creation, and implementation for the new system
3. Team management (depending on the experience)
•Management for two members in Osaka office
•Management for whole IT group in case of manager’s absence
必要要件 【応募資格】
•Fluency and Literacy in Japanese (N1 or equivalent) and English (TOEIC 800+ , TOEFL iBT 60+ , IELTS 6+ , or equivalent)are a MUST
•3+ years of technical support experience (for internal/external end-users) or equivalent
•Advanced abilities in troubleshooting and resolving issues on a desktop platform
•Strong communication skills to build and keep a good relationship with stakeholders in both English and Japanese
•Self-motivated, organized, and prepared to work with minimal supervision
•Team management experience
•Project management experience
•Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware
•Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint and MS Teams experience desired)
•Programming experience (VBA, HTML, and Javascript experience desired)
 - IT related vendor/national qualifications including:
 - PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
 - CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
 - ITIL Foundation v3
 - Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination(基本情報技術者試験)
 - Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination(応用情報技術者試験)
 - Project Manager Examination(プロジェクトマネージャ試験)
 - Network Specialist Examination(ネットワークスペシャリスト試験)
