求人要件 •Support the senior leadership members and provide appropriate briefings ahead of any media relations programs as required.
•Work as an active member of any necessary external committees.
•Work closely with members of the Public Affairs and Market Access teams on the delivery of the Corporate Communications Program.
•Respond to media queries related to ** and its brands.
•Oversee and approve annual public relations plans to support the delivery of ** Pasteur business objectives including media activity
•Work with global ** Pasteur Communications colleagues to ensure communications priorities are aligned with global priorities.
【Digital Communications】
Develop and deliver a holistic digital communications strategy and plan for ** Japan Group.
Manage corporate website and My ** intranetIssues and Crisis Management
•As the Corporate Communications Manager, lead the business during any crisis situations that may emerge, regularly update the **Japan Crisis Response Plan and ensure all members of the Crisis Response Team are aware of their responsibilities under the plan.
•Provide high quality corporate affairs advice to senior business leaders where business decisions could heighten or create issues related to employee or corporate reputational risk.
•Work closely with leaders to identify potential issues early and create plans to lower the level of risk where required.
•Where required develop communications materials to support the business in managing any issues including media holding lines, FAQ documents, employee scripts and hot issues briefs for senior leaders.
【Knowledge and Skills】
•Proven track record of communication ability in both Japanese and English
•Broad knowledge and skills in corporate communications
•Broad knowledge and skills in digital communications
•Rich experience in dealing with journalists
•Demonstrated knowledge of pharma industry and health care environment
•Strong business acumen – specifically interpretation of complex business messages for a broad audience
•Business skills such as presentation, facilitation, logical thinking, negotiation and coaching
•Leadership skills
•Knowledge and sensitivity to a variety of cultures •Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively

Essential Skills and Experience
Essential Qualifications
•At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Communications roles
•Experience in digital communications role
•Experience in managing media relationships and queries
•Experience in crisis / issues management
•Exceptional writing and excellent English skills
•Degree qualified – Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Management Desirable Skills and Experience Desirable Qualifications
•Experience in Pharma industry
