求人要件 【Recruitment and Talent Acquisition】
・Conduct sourcing, prescreening candidates for Japan in the Talent Acquisition process
・Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in developing sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed action plans.
・Manage onboarding and off boarding process for employees to gain knowledge and skills needed to become effective members of an organization.
・Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology
・Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
・Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates in all level for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classification and selection.
・Manage all data associated with the recruitment process – e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, etc.
・Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
・Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner.
・Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Arts, Psychology or any fields.
・At least 2-3 years of experience working in handling HRM (+HRD preferable)
・Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 700)
・Service mind, Polite, friendly, tactful and well presented to do the job and Can-Do attitude
・Good prioritization and follow-up skills, including the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
【Skills & Knowledge】
•Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), able to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels within the organization; able to establish and maintain credibility within Elanco
•Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations and able to network effectively across groups and levels
•Ability to effectively set priorities or work with conflicting priorities and make assertive decisions.
•Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines
•Demonstrate strategic thinking capability and ability to apply good judgement across diverse/complex issues
•Demonstrate commitment to company values with a high level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and trust
•Ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization and across cultures.
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint is an advantage.
