求人要件 【Mission】
●Contribute to Japan performance by maintaining the safety supply through wholesaler channels and by planning and promoting the wholesaler strategy utilizing wholesaler functions effectively.
●Take the integrity business of the Global Trade & RM and Japan.
【Key Responsibilities】
●Wholesaler strategy planning
- Plan the effective strategy and activity with wholesalers considering the environment change and product profile
●Distribution Management
- Support the related Trade operation to achieve ex-factory sales target by planning the appropriate w/s stock level based on the reliable ex-w/s sales forecast.
- Execute the safety supply by planning distribution related tasks (customer management, supply management)
●Revenue Management
- Monitoring return on trade investments (including via the Revenue Management tool, Customer Account profitability and Retail price monitoring)
- Ensure development of “Pay for Performance” KPI
●Contribution for sales performance
- Adapt allowance plan to Brand plan B17/F1/F2 sales target.
- Planning of allowance of launching new products and maintain the LLP products for cooperation with wholesalers
●Develop trade performance monitor
- Monitoring of Trade operation team, including customer segmentation and call plan.
- Define a clear Dashboard (visit frequency, call, sales expense)
●Impact activities operation
- Arrange impact activities (e.g. Ichiho-kai, Top of Top European Conference) to develop better partnership with main wholesalers.
●Analytical skills and strategic thinking/planning
●English communication skills enough to discuss/negotiate especially with global stakeholders
●Team building/engaging skills
●IT literacy
●Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Pharmacology
●Knolwedge of structure and change of healthcare environment or healthcare distribution
●Experience in distribution planning and execution for pharmaceuticals distributors/wholesalers
●Good track record and experience in pharma industry and trade business and healthcare environment
●Knowledge in finance
●Experience of working for generic business and/or multinational companies
●Experience of working overseas
