求人要件 Accountable for all brand and category related consumer research to facilitate brand and marketing management's sound decision making in their planning, development, execution, and evaluation process from consumer centricity view. To constantly improve research capability by adopting the most appropriate, up-dated research method and process to meet current consumer behaviour and research technological environment.
Responsible for research for brand
•Plan and optimize series of research projects of brand for its midterm/annual activities within agreed budget.
•Plan, execute, analyse, and report each research project to clearly meet research objective/ in-depth consumer understanding.
•Support brand team in their special workshop and proactively contribute to their outcome of the workshop.
Lead capability development in research team
•Lead research capability increase by improving/developing research method and process in order for marketing to make sound decision making.
•Manage research vendors to increase cost effectiveness without sacrificing quality of their services.
