With the evolving healthcare industry and employment trends shifting our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is transforming the service offering to our clients. Our vision is to move from a recruitment delivery function to a value add HR function / Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE) that not only delivers hires, but also consults the business to offer talent / competitor business intelligence, map the market for business critical talent, develop a strong employer branding strategy (with a focus on employee advocacy) and a university relations strategy (to attract our future talent). A key enabler for this shift is a significant investment in headcount, budget and technology and a new partnership with a Recruitment Partner Outsourcing (RPO) organization to outsource much of our business standard TA work. Global Talent Acquisition is creating a new position – Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA). TAA will partner with the business to understand priority needs and will support the hiring of niche business roles. The TAA will implement talent acquisition solutions in the areas of social/digital, talent pipelining, university relations, early career and diversity needs in line with business requirements. The role will be located in Tokyo and support end to end recruitment solutions for the business along with our respective RPO/ in house recruiters and HRBP team in the country across all the functions.
TAA will be a part of the regional Talent acquisition leadership team and will be responsible for delivery of recruitment services and in collaboration will implement a best-in-class talent acquisition function.
必要要件 ・ The TAA will have 8-10 years’ experience in HR working in a large matrixed environment - manufacturing, commercial, research and agency/search organization - ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
・ He/She will work effectively within HR partnering with COE’s and HR Ops to deliver a holistic talent acquisition service to the business and the candidate. An experienced TAA with a deep understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, end to end recruitment process knowledge and competency based interviewing skills and assessment tools is desired.
・Influential and consultative, the TAA will foster strong relationship with our clients.
・TAA will have an appetite for new technology and be willing to experiment with digital and social solutions that will appeal to talent segments. With a thorough understanding of systems and data bases the TAA will be able to produce analytics to support robust business proposals.
【Qualification】
・A Bachelor’s degree with a pref of management in HR or business.
・ TAA will report to Director TA AP Region and work closely with local key stakeholders HR Head of Japan and Japan Talent Management Lead ・The candidate must be bilingual (English and Japanese).
