求人要件 【Basic Purpose of the Job*】
Execute HR initiatives and solves HR issues by utilizing HR professional skills and HR expertise to contribute to achievement of short-mid-long business strategic objectives in responsible divisions.
1. Develops annual HR plans together with responsible divisions
2. Proposes the optimal succession plans for key positions in responsible divisions.
3. Proposes the optimal organizational structures and human resources and human resource allocations considering skills and competencies.
4. Recruits required human resources.
5 Solves HR issues in responsible divisions by applying the latest HR method and tools
6 Ensures fair and consistent evaluation of MAG/competency in responsible divisions.
7 Propose career plans considering skills and Competencies including AAI.
8 Execute global talent management in Japan in cooperation with CD HR and other OPUs
9. Develops professional skills, competencies international communication skills of subordinates
必要要件 (Experience )
・3 ‐5 years experiences in HR
・Working experience of all HR areas (preferable)
・Successful management experience of managers ( preferable)
(Knowledge )
・Knowledge of labour law
・Negotiation skill / Communication & Influencing skill
・Knowledge of accountability and daily activities in responsible divisions
(Qualification )
・Bachelor Degree (any majors)/ MA/MBA is preferable
【Language Skills & Proficiency】
English :Basic - Fluent
●Required Experience
・Successful experience of functional support developing people and implementing Organizational Development (incl. change management)
・Experience of talent management, recruiting, performance management, training delivery
Years of leadership experience: Not required
