仕事内容

•Providing leadership to the projects by serving as medicinal chemistry leader or project co-leader when needed, communicate project progress, issue and challenges and lead scientific discussions at various meetings.
•In the project co-leader role, to work with biology counterpart and team members to set project goals, define specific plans and allocate resources to execute such plans.
•Analyze acquired experimental data with scientific accuracy and reliability, and make appropriate scientific judgments
•Explore cutting-edge technologies and scientific approach globally in Astellas based on the deep understanding of research strategy and high sensitivity to external scientific trend.
•Be responsible for the negotiation and planning in contract research
•Managing the team members effectively including their workload, objective setting, etc.
•Report unpredictable issues immediately to supervisors
•Ensure research compliance and integrity

応募条件

【必須事項】

•High professional level of knowledge and experiences of medicinal chemistry and experimental techniques, regulatory science.
•Well known research and early-phase development process for proceeding PJ to Develop products.
•General knowledge of drug discovery processes and strategic way of thinking.
•Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (over 10 years)
•Master's degree in life science area
•Good collaboration and teamwork skills
•Oral and written communication skills in English
