仕事内容

バイオマーカー探索・開発に所属し、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
・Produce unique methods of PK/Biomarker measurements for various types of modalities as a leading expert of analytical science on the cutting-edge technology.
・Troubleshoot candidate & biomarker measurements in clinical trial.
・Promote the creation of early projects from Research divisions by measurements of new drug candidates & biomarker concentration to clarify PK&PD.
・Promote patient stratification and indication selection by providing stratification/disease biomarkers.
・Contribute to the early approval of development compounds by supporting application for IND and NDA regarding to new drug candidates & biomarker measurements.
・Create strategic plan for the measurement of new drug candidates and/or biomarker concentration for assigned program.
・Establish good working relationships and collaboration with members by providing advice or solutions for analytical issues raised from other departments.

応募条件

【必須事項】

・モノクローナル抗体の作成とスクリーニングの業務経験がある、または、質量分析、免疫染色（IHC/ISH）、染色画像解析、ELISA、PCR、またはフローサイトメトリーを活用したPKやバイオマーカー測定のための定量法構築の業務経験があり、以下の英文の要件を満たす方。
- Experience in obtaining novel target-specific monoclonal antibodies and antibody screening, or in establishing quantitative methods development for PK or biomarker measurements using LC/MS, IHC/ISH, Imaging analysis, ELISA, PCR or Flowcytometry.
- Science degree MS, or exceptional experience.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical company or in academic research with a good understanding of Drug Discovery and Development.
- Knowledge for biomarker science or pharmacokinetics or regulatory science.
- Strong communication skills (active & passive) in own language.

【歓迎経験】

標的に特異的なモノクローナル抗体の作成（動物免疫やファージディスプレイなど）とスクリーニングの業務経験がある方を歓迎します。
- Experience in obtaining novel target-specific monoclonal antibodies (such as through animal immunization or phage display etc) and antibody screening.
- Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
- Experience of interacting with regulatory authorities and preparation of IND, IMPD, NDA, etc.
- Knowledge for cutting-edge bioanalytical or omics science.
- Experience on reviewing the documents about study protocol for bioanalysis and performing validation for assays.
- English proficiency (benchmark: TOEIC score of 730 or above).
