【Experience & Knowledge】
•More than 3-year experience in digital marketing in non-pharma industry. Ideally having 1~2-year experience of digital marketing in pharma industry
•Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulated environment
【Skills & Core Competencies】
•Strong multichannel strategy expertise (both offline and online channels) and digital marketing
•Budget management
•Strong commercial perspicacity to understand brands and GBUs problematics and develop a tailor-made multi-channel strategy, by translating new technologies and innovative marketing models into business solutions and competitive advantage
•Strategic thinking and driving results mindset
•Analytics sensitivity for constant improvement
•Solid networking capabilities, at all levels up to the top management
•Good communication skills (diplomacy and empathy): the ability to manage and facilitate workshops whatever the profiles of the participants (technical, commercial, marketing, analytics…)
•Be open-minded, have the ability to adapt to understand and be part of a complex matrix organization
•Familiar with transversal collaboration
•Technological surveillance and curiosity for emerging technologies and customer experience innovation
•High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
•Fluent in English
