•Effectively communicate to key business partners to support strategic and tactical decision making with insightful analysis that accurately and objectively reflects the current market dynamics, brand performance, customers’ insights and competitors to maximize brand value in charge.
•Plan and manage Primary Market Research in collaboration with internal and external partners to understand market dynamics and customers’ insights, and to verify hypotheses on business issues and solutions.
•Synthesize market dynamics and patient funnel to identify potential drivers & barriers for commercial and medical decisions.
•Lead annual & long-term Sales Forecasting (including develop communication material) with convincing and objective assumptions to support senior leaderships’ decisions.
•Lead KPI setting and monitoring to help detect bottlenecks earlier and develop countermeasures.
•Lead ad-hoc data analysis based on business needs or self-finding issues, including collaboration with the Japan Advanced Analysts (JAA) and Business Analysts (CE-BIT).

応募条件

【必須事項】

•Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
•Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical analytics, operations or related experience required that includes data analysis and reporting, with demonstrated success in managing projects of increasing size and complexity.
•General understanding of key capabilities (i.e., primary/secondary market research, sales forecasting, KPI setting & monitoring, and competitive intelligence).
•Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
•Extensive proficiency with software in a Windows environment required including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Excellent skills in the following areas: written and verbal communication, accuracy and personal initiative.
•Excellent planning and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
•Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
•Demonstrated ability in taking initiative to proactively evaluate existing sales strategies and recommend changes, when appropriate.
•Keen analytical mind with superior problem solving and technical skills, reflecting in-depth knowledge of various secondary databases and their limitations.
•Sound experience of Primary Market Research and Sales Forecasting.
•Fluent in written and spoken business Japanese and basic reading and writing in English.

【歓迎経験】

•Pharmaceutical industry experience.
•Working knowledge of secondary data sources, e.g., IQVIA, MDV, JMDC
•Working knowledge of one or more data visualization tools such as Excel, QlikView and QlikSense.
•Experience working with global partners.
•Knowledge of the global healthcare landscape including different access models.
