仕事内容

STAT surely has the following responsibilities:
・Lead company's SS and Post marketing database (DB) research from a statistical point of view including research design, statistical analysis, and sample size calculation in collaboration with Data Scientist (DS).
・Assess study outcomes/study design/results, interpret research results and make descriptions with statistical insights (all Real World Data analyses including Market/R&D requests)
・Implement innovative methodology such as prediction or causality
・Use AI for automating regular tasks
・Look for statistical topics related to observational/database research, do researches, and make manuscripts

STAT directly reports to the Director of Data Science.

製薬企業を顧客としたデータベース研究受託支援事業を行っています。
大手製薬会社を含む20社近くの製薬企業と取引を実施し、直近2年間で前年比売上平均100%の成長を達成するなど、急成長しています。
プログラムマネージャーとして、データベース（レセプト、DPC、電子カルテ、レジストリ）を用いた疫学研究について、研究計画策定、解析実務、論文執筆のディレクションなどをお任せします。
