Develops and implements Customer Centric marketing strategies for Companion Animal Group. Develops strong business relationships in order to understand marketing needs and objectives. Manages projects to implement marketing plan.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
・Understands Customer Key insights and Companion Animal Group (CAG) business objectives and plans.
・Strategy building to execution.
・Develops and execute brand/product strategy including communications plans and to achieve business objectives, leveraging various channels (direct, Digital /Web, print, direct mail/e-mail/fax, trade show, seminar, advertising, PR and new media), to maximize
Return on Investment.
・Manages A&P and other expense budget.
・Owns corporate identity guideline and Trademark registration list to ensure logos, colors and brand name acknowledgement are properly used to maximize IDEXX brands.
・Manges Marketing research and analysis.
・Owns and continuously improves Marketing development process and workflow
・With people
・ Works closely with other brand /product managers and cross functional people understanding target market segments and positioning, to develop marketing plans.
・Manages outside partner relationships and drive deadlines through them.
・Project management
・ Manages marketing projects, planning work, obtaining resources and ensuring that objectives are met.
・ Performs other duties as assigned.

【必須事項】

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
・3+ years brand manager or related work experience
・At least one new launch experience
・English communication skills : TOEIC700 or more with very good in speaking and listening.
