仕事内容

・Operational support on Japan regulatory affairs, work with APAC and Global Regulatory
　Affairs members to prepare documents for registration.
・ Provide regulatory related support for product development, marketing, supply chain and other departments for import and export.
・ Conduct regulatory review and approval on product formulas, claims, safety data sheet and label for domestic and export.
・ Monitor new or amendment of regulations and update to business partners as necessary, and ensure products are compliance to changes of regulations.
・ Maintenance and renewal work for relevant product and substance registration

応募条件

【必須事項】

・Minimum Bachelor of Science education background in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Science etc.
・ At least 5-year regulatory experience regulatory affairs in Chemical, Perfumery, Beauty and Homecare Industry.
・Must have chemical background. Cosmetic background preferred.
・Strong understanding and interpretation of Japanese chemical legislations with handson experience in chemical notification/registration in Japan.

【歓迎経験】

・Experience in cosmetic and/or quasi drug notification/registration in Japan is a plus.
・Experience in authoring Japanese Safety Datasheet is a plus.
・Knowledge of other countries cosmetic regulatory requirement is a plus.
・ Experience in working in cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders at all levels is a plus.
・Experience in leading and managing project actively.
・ Strong communication/negotiation skills is a plus.
