CUSTOME MARKETING INFORMATION
・This role works closely with the Ebglyss marketing leader (P4) in Dermatology Marketing Group to contribute to maximize Ebgyss Atopic Dermatitis (AtD) business as a brand strategist. He/She collaborates with another brand strategist. He/She reports to Ebglyss marketing leader (P4).
・He/She also works across different functions especially in IBU/Global, market research, commercial analytics team, corporate affairs, Consumer experience team, medical team, as well as creative agency to develop robust local brand strategy and tactics(solution) so that more patients have access to this innovative product.
・The top priority of this role is contributing to Ebglyss AtD Product strategy maximization (translating/leveraging the global strategy into affiliate customer plans) includes:

MARKETING PLANNING & STRATEGY
・Develop indication strategy (AtD) and translate into tactical plan in cooperation with brand leader.
・Continuously assess strategy effect and execution. Ensure effective activities and tactics to achieve performance expectations. Understand and improve customer experience.
・Monitor and evaluate consistently customer loyalty and equity to identify the gap for WGLL

Additional Involvement in tactical(solution) planning and execution
・Mainly responsible for strategic leadership, with additional involvement in tactical (solution) planning and execution.

応募条件

【必須事項】

・2 to 3 years marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Japan
・More than 3-year experience in pharmaceutical sales (MR)
