求人要件 【Purpose/Objective of the Job】
Drives the creation, communication and execution of the overall vision for the Japan Training Team.
Leads the diagnosis, design, development and delivery of learning solutions for the commercial field-force in Japan. Ensures the recruitment and continuous development of an outstanding training team in Japan. 【Key Responsibilities】
Training Strategy and Business Partnering (35%)
• Develops a compelling vision for the team and drives organizational buy-in to that vision
• Understands the current and future drivers of field effectiveness as well as the external measures of successful sales approaches
• Ensures collaboration with senior team leaders, including Sales, Marketing and Medical Leads, to understand strategic brand and field needs and related learning needs
• Partners with and influences senior team leaders to develop training strategies and plans, taking into consideration business priorities and resources
• Aligns and communicates training plans and opportunities with broader business functions and maintains visibility of business challenges with potential to influence training planning
Team Leadership and Performance (35%)
• Leads a team of and coordinates across business units
• Drives the team to identify needs and learning gaps for all business units
• Enables the team to design, develop and deliver the highest quality learning solutions for the field teams to drive salesforce performance and effectiveness
• Continuously seeks to identify and leverage state-of-the-art adult learning methodologies that can accelerate skill and knowledge development of field teams
• Promote continuous development, innovation, and best practice sharing across all training processes, systems and content
• Enables the recruitment, continuous development, and retention of a high performing training team
• Establishes and oversees the attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training programs, trainer performance and effectiveness
• Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to all direct reports including implementation of individual professional development plans
Budget Monitoring and Operational Leadership (30%)
• Manages and monitors an operational budget of approximately <$X>, and advises the planning and spend of ($X) training expenses across business units to best meet the needs of the Training Team
• Monitors strict adherence to Medical, Regulatory, Legal (MRL) standards and guidelines, copyright laws, operational guidelines, and Code of Conduct across all activities of the learning team
• Encourages cross-team collaboration and consistency in quality through sharing of best practices and learnings to facilitate excellence in training

List of minimum requirements
• Degree/Certification/Licensure
4-year BA/BS degree required
• Experience – Responsibility and minimum number of years
• 10+ years of professional work experience in field learning development and execution
• Prior experience as a Regional Sales Director (3 to 4 years)
• Competencies – knowledge, skills, abilities, other
• Demonstrated ability to successfully hire, develop, motivate, mobilize, retain and lead a team
• Strong strategic thinking skills to shape the future of learning for Japan Field Leadership and salesforce
