求人要件 【Major Responsibilities】
(Strategic Planning)
• Research and then provide key insights and guidance to the future developments of the elements/Sections of the strategy
• Lead the development of content, including the implementation planning section of the strategy
• Ensure that the plans are aligned with the Brand Team overall needs
• Plan cross functional/brand tactical projects of the plan
(Tactical Implementation)
• Lead team internal projects
• Lead cross functional/brand tactical projects
• Understand and track the necessary KPIs required for projects
• Support other members in the implantation of Brand team projects
(External Internal Partner Management)
• Manage and maintain contracts with vendors
• Interact with key counterparts regarding contracts, signatures etc
• Ensure that team members have the right access to key systems
• Participate in key meeting with vendors/agencies
• Provide input and follow up with discussions with vendors/agencies
• Work close with internal counterparts on business activities
• Communicated effectively with Brand Teams providing key information
• Lead the internal communication with counterparts, ie Company Internal Communication, DCE communications etc
• Act as a sub-brand team member and support brand strategy creation and tactical implementation

• Pharma Market Knowledge
• Understanding of Pharma Data
• Digital Marketing(Multichannel, Contents, Analytics etc)
• Project Management, Cross Functional team management
• Communication skills
• Logical Thinking
• Computer skills(MS PowerPoint、MS Word)
• Presentation Skills
• Facilitation Skills
• English (TOEIC 850)
