求人要件 - Be responsible for HR admin support to all Japan employees
- Support and assist the HR Partners on day to day issues and projects
- Conducts the tasks related to the all Payroll process including time and attendance system related activities
- Conducts the payment of retirement allowance and other benefits
- Be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries for Japan employees
- Be responsible for New Hire Orientation coordination and conducts HR admin part orientation
- Contribute to and implement improvements to HR operational processes within **
- Issue employee certificate/letters in a timely manner
- Employee personal file and other HR relating file’s filing in a timely manner
- Preparation, meeting and training coordination
- Company Physician’s relating operational coordination (announce, meeting coordination, documents filings)
- Coordinate and administrate the new hire onboarding and termination process
- Medical Checkup relating activities coordination
- Preparation of Labor Office relating documents submission
- Provide HRIS reports to Business Unit Managers and HR Partners
- Collaborate with other HR functions to conduct activities
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties related to HR

University Degree/Comparable experience
- Business level English skills in speaking and writing
- Japanese language – native level
- Experience in HR (especially payroll, social insurance knowledge would be preferable)
- Tax or legal background is a plus
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Attention to details and discreet on sensitive personnel issues
- Self motivator, client orientation and a team player in multicultural setting
